Sewn Studio brings together more than 15 years of fashion industry experience across design, buying, product development and garment technology.

Backed by a Bachelor of Design and formal training in garment construction, pattern making and alterations, the studio combines creative thinking with a strong technical understanding of how garments are designed, developed, constructed and produced.

With experience spanning knitwear, activewear, swimwear, woven apparel, childrenswear and menswear, Sewn Studio supports products through every stage of development—from initial concepts, CADs and technical packs to fit sessions, sampling, factory communication and bulk production.

Through long-standing relationships with reputable manufacturers throughout China, many of which have been personally visited, Sewn Studio can connect brands with trusted manufacturing partners known for quality workmanship and clean, professional production environments.

The studio also brings extensive experience in wholesale account management, purchase orders and critical-path management, overseeing the complete product journey from development through to final delivery with a focus on quality, timing and commercial outcomes.

After many years based in Sydney and abroad, Sewn Studio is now located on the Central Coast of NSW, inspired by a slower, more grounded approach to both life and business.

Today, Sewn Studio brings two areas of expertise together: helping individuals extend the life of their favourite garments through thoughtful alterations and repairs, while supporting emerging and established brands to develop quality products and bring their ideas to market with confidence.
